Organic Vermentino white wine from Sardinia with a Controlled Designation of Origin made from Vermentino grapes.
The grapes are grown in vineyards on hilly terrain with sandy and limestone origins.
A Vermentino with an intense straw yellow color with bright golden reflections. It has an enveloping and complex aroma, releasing various fruity notes of citrus and tropical fruits.
On the palate, it is soft, round, savory, balanced, and very persistent.
Perfectly pairs with seafood appetizers, risottos, pasta with seafood sauces, large fish grills, white meats, and young cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
Serve at a temperature of 8-10 °C.
