Vernaccia di Oristano D.O.C. is a white wine with Controlled Designation of Origin obtained from Vernaccia grapes.

The alluvial lands of the Tirso valley give these ancient vineyards’ grapes enological characteristics of great value. Enriched by at least five years of aging in centuries-old chestnut and oak barrels, Vernaccia di Oristano acquires a golden color, with amber reflections and an intense and characteristic aroma reminiscent of almond flowers.

Exquisite dessert wine, when served chilled it is an excellent aperitif. It also pairs well with fish stew dishes, flavorful appetizers, and the typical mullet bottarga. Serving temperature: from 8 °C for aperitif to 16 °C with desserts.
