Orgosa | Cannonau di Sardegna D.O.C.

Orgosa Red Wine: Orgosa is a Controlled Designation of Origin red wine produced exclusively from Cannonau grapes. This exquisite wine is crafted by the Orgosa farm using vineyards located in Orgosolo.

Harvesting Process: The grapes are carefully harvested in late September or early October, resulting in a sugar content of 22-23 degrees. This leads to an alcohol content of 15-16 degrees, allowing for fermentation without the addition of sulfites or yeasts.

Natural Production: This vintage wine contains naturally developed sulfites ranging from 10-15 mg per liter during fermentation. It’s worth noting that regulations typically allow sulfite levels up to 150 mg per liter.

Tasting Notes: Orgosa pairs perfectly with roasted red meats, suckling pig, and flavorful cheeses. Serve at a temperature between 18-20°C to enjoy its full aroma and taste.
