Deminera is a red wine with Controlled Designation of Origin – Cannonau di Sardegna, made from Cannonau and Bovale Sardo grapes for 5%.

Technical Sheet:

  • Soil: Sandy-granitic terrain.
  • Trellising System: Guyot with 5,500 vines/ha.
  • Yield per hectare: 60 quintals.
  • Harvest: Manual in crates starting from mid-October.
  • Vinification and Aging: Spontaneous fermentation with controlled temperatures, must obtained from soft pressing and aging in stainless steel.
  • Alcoholic content: 14.5% vol.
