Discover our exquisite Vermentino di Gallura Superiore “Jankara”, a wine crafted from a meticulous selection of 100% Vermentino grapes grown on our Jankara Estate. This exceptional wine embodies the passion that gave birth to it, showcasing a delightful array of flavors and aromas typical of the mountainous regions of Gallura. Experience a perfect harmony between alcohol content, acidity, and fruitiness, with notes of white flowers, almonds, and subtle tropical hints that linger captivatingly on your palate.

The grapes are handpicked towards the end of September, with yields limited to 6 tons per hectare or less. Following harvest, the grapes undergo gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The fermentation process is carefully monitored and temperature-controlled to enhance the development of intense fragrances and complexity in the wine. After maturing for 6 months, the wine is bottled and aged for an additional 2 months before being released for consumption.
