The Alghero-Barcelona Parallel: A Unique Wine Story

Named after the parallel where Alghero and Barcelona lie, these two cities share a deep historical connection, local customs, and the Catalan language that still reflects a long-shared culture. It is from these roots that a unique wine emerges, blending Torbato grapes introduced by the Catalans in Alghero and preserved from certain extinction by Sella & Mosca with Sauvignon grapes grown in light sandy soils of aeolian and limestone formations from ancient marine deposits.

The wine exudes an intense, complex, and full-bodied aroma, featuring pronounced notes of acacia flower honey and broom. Its taste is soft, rich, sumptuous, persistent, with warm sensations and hints of exotic flowers and fruits.
