The vineyards, boasting eleven-year-old vines trained using spurred cordon method, are nestled in the Alghero region. With a planting density of 5050 vines per hectare and a yield of 90 quintals per hectare, each grape tells a story of dedication and passion.

  • Pre-Fermentation Maceration at 10°C for 24 hours
  • Fermentation at controlled temperatures ranging from 18 to 28°C
  • Twelve months aging in wood: a blend of French second-hand barriques and large casks
  • Bottle aging for approximately three months

Derived from Cannonau and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes blended with other red berries, Vittorio 90 Alghero DOC boasts a captivating garnet-red hue. Its intricate bouquet unveils intense fruity aromas intertwined with hints of spices and vanilla. On the palate, it offers a soft, elegant, and well-balanced profile.
