Zephyre is a white wine with Controlled Designation of Origin – Vermentino di Sardegna, crafted from Vermentino grapes.

The wine has a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. It reveals mineral notes, hints of citrus, and typical floral aromas of the grape variety on the nose. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, with a persistent and mineral finish. Serve at a temperature of 8-9 °C. It pairs well with summer dishes, fried fish, and grilled seafood.
